I had heard about this, but seeing really is believing.
In Tampa (Hillsborough County, Florida) a quadriplegic man named Brian Sterner was arrested for a traffic violation (I’m not sure what the violation was, since they didn’t say, but obviously the guy wasn’t a violent felon or anything like that). An incredibly stupid cop didn’t believe he really was a quadriplegic, even though it’s obvious from looking at his body, so she walked behind him and dumped him out of his wheelchair face-first, and the fall broke several of his ribs. She then proceeded to frisk him, while he was one the ground, completely unable to move. Another idiotic cop is seen laughing about it, and not one person who witnessed the assault thought it needed to be reported.
Luckily, that shocking example of police brutality was caught on surveillance cameras.
The cop who did this was fired, but that’s not enough. She should be arrested, and charged with felony assault upon a disabled person.
The cop who laughed about it should be fired, along with all the other cops and jail employees who witnessed it but did nothing to help Sterner, and did not report the incident; and they should all also be charged with being an accessory to felony assault upon a disabled person.

This is just like when the police beat up a girl at Reagan National Airport in DC. She has permanent brain damage as a result of the police beating. We need to halt this epidemic of police brutality against women and the disabled.
I am hoping this case gets big and set an example for any future violators who commit the same crime. Its starting out the same way Rodney King did, except back than people did not have use of the internet, and hopefully we can use it to our advantage to get others on board.

Its what your don’t get on tape thats mind blowing in Tampa. I have spent 28 years here held false captive my life threatened my infant daughter raped. i was forced unlawfully forced to pay the pair of child rapist. I was falsely arrested repeated times and threatened to be so. I was attacked trying to murder me by there biggest weapon here third party fraud shielding cops and judges from false charges, the Cronie often if the even bother can get 1 yr for filing a false police report. So my first 5 yrs year they spent destroying me by false attacks and arrests in order to force poverty and control and hold you prisoner to their city due to forced poverty. My second five year held here they spent seeing to it that all vital witnesses ended up dead all suspected to be murdered byt the deny it of course. Seeing them rape my minor child and terrorized our family an Me.Cover up the Child rape case by fraud, false court, HRS, Medical reports obstructing justice to no end. Refusing Honest legal representation. I would be injuried badly at work and then a three wheeler then as I seemed to be healing a couple months later I was assaulted and falsely arrested in front of my fathers home a Vietnam Hero and 23 yr Retired Air Force Tsgt likely murdered, butchered, by his own doctors ordered by Tampa Judges to silence him over the fraud in his grand daughters child rape which he wrote the judge letting him know this was fraud and vowed it wouldn’t end here to our family. All three witnesses ended up dead to this false arrest and assault. One victim a brother another my girlfriend. I had been threatened if I got a new girl or wife she and I would be murdered. The false arrest and crippling me for life didn’t walk for 4 yrs denied medical care other than a Few ER visits. I spent the 1st 10yrs getting attacked by total strangers sent by the child rapist and at risk of false arrests made to live in pure fear of my life. My third five yrs I spent hidden to try and heal from being crippled for life and playing self doctor because I was denied. Of course the injury used as a weapon when the extortion money was not paid to the child rapist to falsey arrest you along with the right to drive legal stolen the 1st 5 yrs by steeling the money saved to renew your right to drive legal by false arrest then blocking any future means to get legal this keeps you held captive to the city with no right to drive no gainful work in other states without driving wiith the skills you have and disabilty. Did I mention I was disabled when I moved to Florida so all this was done to a disabled adult. After the 3rd 5 yrs I did get a little break and gainful work.Then the raped child wanted to leave the abuser child rapist. The Attacks restarted a demand for money not ppaid when dad couldn’t walk much less work. Mind you this custody by the Child Rapist is Fraud the child my not even be this dads but rather the dead brothers who death is suspected to be murder. Then the crooked judge who did all the false arrests for this child rapist who claimed to have the judges and cops in their families pockets. When this judge murdered himself my employers made sure to call me in annd tell me and see news of it knowing I hated the man wanted him busted. The employers alse having been getting in good with cops the few months before this one of them married and began sleeping with cops and still does. The other boss could have been also but not proof. I was shorty after unlawfully fired from the only gainful job ever here forced out of my home. We’d be forced into a home that was laced with poison I had been trying to get my daughter to join me in a lawsuit and criminal charges over the child rape. I was also forced to take the only job I could do with TPD working right there to eyeballs all over me. Then I would be threatened at that job a week later falsely stopped and arrested just as I was about to get 13 grd from IRS with one of those checks able to put the Child rapist in jail for tax fraud. less than aweek a second false arrest by the child rapist to demand all extortion money paid in full despite weekly payments already taken and no right to hold in contempt forced to pay the child rapist $1800. more than owed and admited not owed in court yet help in jail until paid. IRS claimed to to get the return refused to pay 3grd the other 10 grd taking by child rapist and traffic court wherein I was denied jury trail an sold out by PD my rights violated on a manufactured false crime. I was forced from the job, then forced into a job with the same poison as our home.. Our childs doctors discovered the poison 1st hid the facts from us.As the forced new job was about to end a stranger warned that it was illegal and unsafe despite a city inspect twice approving the work and ask about legalness and safety. The entire family chhild to had been severly poisoned. Blocks were made strip the family of all property, kick them in the streets unlawfully by fraud.Have their doctors deny medical test and treatment. blocj=k all efforts to sue, make complaints to HUD<OSHA< EPA EEOC THRO and Health Dept. Deny, delay Medicaid, Heart Medicines run out their statutes of linitations on all suits and refuse to take any complaints or investigate them. Get false injunction to taunt and terrorized and force poverty block SSDI Block heart Medicines and Doctors visits and Stress this man to death any way that can be done. I have one maybe two yrs to live. 21 months it took Drs. to admitt heart attacks. 3yrs to get heart medicine and past 6month denyed heart medicines and needed doctors care.Living in consisant pain from the poison and bad heart having to fight doctors who pretend to not hear you to get test to confirm injury doctors who in past attribute the poison don’t get paid and I am blocked from seeing by DCF yanking medicaid. Now being denied SSDI despite my total body weakness and injuries and fact I could die any day and will be vary lucky to make it 1 or 2 more years because that applies to patients with good medical care. The last yr threats to futher poison us spyed on in our home false police fire and child abuse calls as well as totally false injunction used now to taunt and terrorized and stress me into a massive heart attack or sudden death. Destruction of evidence ignoring evidences failures to gather and preserve intimidation of witness atempts to murder witnesses likely murder of witnesses. Yet the FBI claim not corruption in Tampa the US Atty refused to investigate as has FBI. At this rate I am lucky I wake up each day 28 yrs of being tortured and terrorized is the bottom line and O just so much more than can be typed on this page. When Our family retired from the USAF they didn’t tell us we were moving to the USSR to retire so our dad could work as a Civilan and be murdered by child rapists wanting to cover up their crimes.
The two false arrest and steeling the back taxes with them prevented paying off the child rapist for good and getting legal to drive and leave florida forever. This shows the intent to murder a entire family and hold them captive to do it. They couldn’t have poisoned my whole family without those two false arrest and forcing me into a job of poison. Now we are told how things just happen all bad luck right in a row chances of being poisoned once in your life millions to one three times billions to one. Do you think this has all been one mans bad Luck I don’t I just wonder are they going to get away with his murder to or is somebody going to MAN/Woman up and bring these murdering monsters to Justice and do something to help this man and his family for once.Its real sad when corrupt Judges can use a entire system to committ murders and get away with it. How long will we be terrorized in our own home and country.
