When I read about this, I almost vomited.
An 18-year-old, Scott Wade Smith, was living with his girlfriend (who was still in high school, and who had a five-month-old daughter) in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. When she left for school on March 7th, leaving the baby with Smith, the baby was fine; there are witnesses who say that the baby was smiling and happy shortly after her mother left for school.
A few hours later, Smith called 911, claiming he found the baby on her stomach, arms and legs flailing. He said he took her to the couch and opened her mouth to do CPR, when he found a red crayon in her mouth.
Smith is a hero, right? Well, that’s certainly what he wanted everyone to believe.
The baby was still crying so hard that the poor little thing couldn’t catch its breath when paramedics arrived, so they took the baby to the ER anyway, even though they didn’t see anything wrong with her mouth or throat that might keep her from breathing correctly
When they got there, doctors easily figured out why that poor little baby was crying like that. Her diaper was drenched in blood, because Smith had raped her. That poor little baby couldn’t catch her breath because she was in horrendous, unimaginable pain.
What kind of sick, perverse bastard even thinks about raping a tiny little baby?
The baby was so severely injured that she had to be flown to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburg, where she underwent extensive surgery to repair the damage he had caused, while cops got a search warrant for the house. There they found a bloodied condom (I guess he thought about DNA evidence before he raped the 5-month-old) and additional blood on baby wipes, a towel, etc.
Smith has been charged with rape of a child causing serious bodily injury, deviate sexual intercourse, and endangering the welfare of a child. The rape charge carries a potential life sentence, as well it should. I personally would support the death penalty in a case like this.
Three hots and a cot is too good for this monster. Then again, so is hell.

I live within 35miles of where this happened, and if I lived any closer I think I’d move. I agree 100% with the above post, noting that people who have suffered abuse are more likely to abuse. My major was psychology, its a stats fact. PERIOD. I saw his myspace page and clearly, this is not a “normal” thinking human. I struggle to call him a man, because what kind of man would inflict such a horror?? He will get what he deserves. I whole heartedly believe that…and I am a Christian! I was thinking about something, and thought I’d put it out here for others to consider.
Can you imagine how that young mother would feel if she knew Nichole/Pastor Murry (who are in reality one and the same person) was here defending the man who the police say raped and nearly killed her baby daughter?
I cannot even imagine the hurt and rage she would feel. In fact, I’m almost tempted to remove Nichole’s comments, just on the off chance that the poor little baby’s mother and/or her family decides to see what people are saying about it.
However, I’m going to leave them up. I have a feeling Nichole is the type of person to say one thing online, and another to someone’s face; and I think that baby’s mother has a right to know who are her friends, and who are her enemies, lest someone like Nichole take advantage of her when she is at her weakest.
I went back to that myspace page of “his” because the girl leaving messages on that site, her face kept popping up in my mind. And when I clicked on her name , I see she is 18 and her mood is “numb”. That must be the mother of the child. They said she was 18, and he is seen on that page with his arm around her. I’m tempted to join just so I can leave her a message letting her know that people out there are praying for her and her child. She must be in utter disbelief and denial mixed with fury and sorrow. To know a man did that to your child..and NOT just any man, but one you lived with and I am sure, sleeping with!! UGH!! I can not imagine the thoughts in her head, of him and her together in that way and then him raping her daughter. BLAH!!

Pray tell, how did the baby’s mother manage to set him up when she wasn’t even there, there are witnesses that she was in school when the crime occurred, and she hadn’t been there for hours?
How does that theory explain the used condom with his semen in it and the baby’s blood on it? How does it explain the bloody baby wipes and the bloody blue towel the police found, in a box containing mail and other items with his name on it? Is he stupid enough to say she had choked on a red crayon, rather than a crayon of any other color, thinking that the red crayon would explain the blood?
The police have taken DNA samples from everyone in the house. He wouldn’t be held on a million dollar bond if the prosecutor didn’t already have some pretty strong evidence to prove it was him, rather than someone else in the house.
The “blame the victim” mentality so prevalent in this country makes me want to puke. You and your mother (again, assuming she really said what you claim, since at this point you have absolutely no credibility whatsoever) make me want to puke when you blame the baby’s mother for this heinous crime. When your current excuse for his behavior goes down the toilet through DNA testing, what excuse are you going to make next for this unspeakably evil crime? That the baby seduced him?
Personally, I absolutely cannot believe that you are blaming this on that poor baby’s mother. What motive would she possibly have to do something like that and blame it on her boyfriend? That defies common sense, and statistically speaking, it would not happen even if she was there when the baby was raped. If she wanted to hurt the baby and blame it on the boyfriend, she’d shake the baby or hit the baby. She wouldn’t rape the baby.
Had the mother committed this crime, the baby would have bled to death in the hours before the boyfriend allegedly found her screaming and flailing, and the people who saw the baby after the mother left would not have reported that the baby was smiling and happy. The mother is innocent. If you and your mother actually believe the line of crap that you’re spewing, that the mother did this to her own child, you both need to have your heads examined.
What I find extremely disturbing is that you show absolutely no concern for the baby, who is so seriously injured that she may never recover. I wonder what the baby’s mother would think, if she saw what you have written here? Let me guess, you’re sweet to her face, but spread vicious rumors about her behind her back. Shame on you. You are every bit as sick as your pervert boyfriend, as far as I’m concerned.
Scott Wade Smith is (quite correctly) being held on $1 million bond. Where do you think you’re going to get that kind of money? Even if he can bail out with a bondsman (though considering the charge and the potential life sentence, good luck finding one willing to risk losing $900,000 out of their own pocket), you’ll still need to come up with at least $100,000. I hate to burst your bubble, but decent people are not going to contribute a penny to releasing a man accused of such a heinous crime against a helpless little baby. He isn’t going anywhere, nor should he when the crime for which he stands accused strongly suggests that he poses an extreme danger to society.
What do you think should be done to someone who does that to a completely helpless little baby, too young to even sit up on her own and completely unable to defend herself in any way against this horrible, perverted, excruciatingly painful and life-threatening assault?
We don’t have a punishment severe enough, in my opinion, for someone who does that to a helpless little baby, except to place the guilty party in the general population of a maximum security prison with the other violent rapists and murderers, tell them what he did, and let the other prisoners dish out the punishment.
Either way, if you’re only 16, you’re not old enough to be reading this blog in the first place. I have no words to express how deeply this story affects me. I’m physically ill from it. There is no excuse or justification for an act as inhumane and cruel as what was done to that poor little baby. I have four children, three of them girls, the youngest 4 months. Every time I looked at her sweet innocent face today my heart filled with rage. There is no justice that equals the crime that was committed; no punishment that comes anywhere close to the painful hell that animal put that baby through. Animals who commit acts of such sexual cruelty have given up their human rights as far as I’m concerned. It seems that we are faced more and more frequently with crimes like this, crimes committed against children. It’s my opinion that we’ve failed as a society to properly impress that this is unacceptable. The threat of going to jail for life isn’t enough of a deterrent to keep child molesters and those who would rape babies from committing their heinous acts. These animals should be publicly crucified in the style that was so effective for the ancient Romans. Maybe making retribution so horrible and public would be effective enough to keep those in our society who would commit these crimes from doing so. In a perfect world maybe such a punishment would spare another little baby from nearly dieing as the result rape.

At least you are not blaming the baby’s mother, so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt, that you have thought this through a bit.
Do you have any proof that he was framed, or even a scenario which would match the evidence, suggesting he even could have been framed? How does that explain the red crayon excuse, which this boy used to explain why the baby was screaming, when there was apparently no evidence that she had a crayon in her mouth; and that’s why paramedics took her to the hospital? How does it explain this boy’s semen in the condom covered in the baby’s blood?
I’m keeping an open enough mind that, if evidence comes along which might clear him, I’ll definitely look into it. At this point, though, saying he’s framed doesn’t make any sense in light of the known evidence. Had someone else raped the baby, the boyfriend would have heard the baby’s screams, and it would have been an unusual scream, not like something you’d normally ever hear. Anyone would run to check on the baby if they heard a scream like that, and the other person would have been caught redhanded.
Just because the girl’s father was found guilty of rape of a child doesn’t mean that he raped this particular child. Was he even there? Perhaps the police didn’t question him because he has an airtight alibi, and they already knew that. Perhaps they didn’t question him because they had this boy’s semen in the condom covered in the baby’s blood. It’s extremely damning evidence, even you have to admit. How exactly did this other man get this boy’s fresh semen in a condom, smear it with the baby’s blood, smear some baby blood on a towel and some baby wipes (DNA will tell who used those things, due to hair and skin cells left behind), and dispose of it all in a box containing the boy’s belongings … all without being noticed, and bear in mind, the baby would be absolutely screaming?
It seems as if those of you who think the boy was framed also believe that the person you suspect is a criminal mastermind.
Bear in mind, I’m not being facetious. I’d just really like to know how you think this framing happened. So far all we’re hearing is that the boy was framed, but no one seems to know or even have a scenario wherein he could have been framed.
If the boy was framed, I’ll be the first one screaming to high heaven about finding the real culprit, because I want the right person in jail. Everybody does, since if they have the wrong person, other infants are at risk. However, I simply don’t see how he could have been framed. Undoubtedly the police are smart enough to have gone over that baby’s room with a fine-tooth comb, looking for signs of forced entry through windows etc. After all, they had a warrant to look for evidence involving the rape. Had they come across fingerprints of a known sex offender on a window or on the baby bed, they’d have questioned him immediately.
I will note that if he raped a child, not an infant, his prior conviction is not necessarily “proof” that he had any involvement in this crime. It takes a different kind of sex predator to rape a little baby, than to rape a child, or to rape an older child, or to rape a teenager.
However, I’d love to hear how you think this other person managed to frame this guy to that extent. In fact, I’m looking forward to hearing your theory of the crime.

Honestly, I figured you’d say something that at least fit the timeline, such as that the grandfather was there that day after the mother left for school, or that he had somehow sneaked into the house that day, because otherwise it makes absolutely no sense to suspect him even if, arguendo, he had babysat the prior evening.
I can understand why people who know this boy want desperately to believe that he is innocent, and even want to prove that he is innocent, but your theory defies common sense.

Illiteracy is the inability to read or write at a normal level. Lack of formal education is irrelevant to illiteracy. Many people who have never stepped foot in a school are not illiterate. That poor little girl will never have a normal life. I will say this, if the judge doesn’t put him under, or the inmates doesn’t put him under, as the child’s mother I would hunt him down and put him under myself. YOU JUST DON’T DO THAT!!!!
I was molested when I was a year up untill I was adopted at 6 years of age. I would ask men for money in exchange for a little of this, and I would raise my dress up. I had to go though councelings after councelings over this because of what my mother allowed to happen to me. She was a whore and wanted her drugs. I know not a close story line, but my point is, what one goes though after they have/had been violated.

I have been watching news reports on this story very closely, and I haven’t seen anything about the condition of the baby, or how her poor mother is holding up. I wish I had either, because I would love to know if they were okay. Then again, sometimes no news is good news. I would assume the baby is still alive, because otherwise the news would be that he is being charged with murder.

I did an experiment. I sent a copy of the article to people who know me and understand how passionate and emotional I am about these issues and life in general. There were around 20 people in all. I got 3 responses….. that was it…. I was hoping that most of them would have responded in some way, but they didn’t. It’s almost like they ignored it and by doing so, it wasn’t real.

It seems that you hear very little about it in the news because of it’s sensative nature. As for little snot nosed LYnn, Pastor or Nicole; I think that we have all heard enough from you and we are all really happy that you have decided to put your pacifier in your mouth, get your blankie and go to bed early. You know not what you say, you don’t know what life is all about yet. It’s not about Scott, it’s not about you, your mother or the crazy people that would actually donate money to get this freakshow out of jail. After hearing about this sad story, I am almost in a state of shock. Part of my wants to cry for this poor little girl, part of my wants to throw up because it is so sick, and another part of me is angry and wants to beat the crap out of this Scott kid. I just can’t believe that someone would do this.. especially to a baby!
I ‘almost’ feel sorry for this Scott kid because he obviously has some serious mental problems to even make him ‘think’ about doing something like he did. I hope that he will man up enough, just plead guilty and admit to doing it so he can hurry off to prison for the rest of his life. It really makes me wonder, what is wrong with this guy? What was going through his head when he raped this poor innocent baby?

One thing that does have me wondering is, IF there were other people home, how come no one came in the room right when the baby started screaming? Was he that turned on that it only took a very short amount of time to cum? (Ok thats just sick to think about anymore… )

Even as horrible as this all is, I guess the ‘ONLY’ good thing about what happened is that the baby didn’t die.

In response to the statement about her living with a new guy, I was meaning that Scott was not the babys father so Scott would be the new guy she moved in with when her baby was an infant. Secondly, my point is not that she should have known that this guy was a sicko, but had she not been leaving her child with what herself and her family calls “loosers” this may not have happened. I just think that if your leaving an infant with someone, yes all possibilities of what they are capable of should be thought about. I dont beleive that this guy was a caring loving step dad one day and a sick rapist the next. So the mother does share some responsibility for her lack of judgment, and I hope she learns from it because all too many times they don’t. If you dont make people responsible for their actions, they will continue to make them.

I agree with her family if they call Scott a “loser”. That boy was a loser even before he allegedly molested a baby, based on his MySpace page. What a weirdo.
I do think it’s possible that he may have been a loving caring stepdad one day and a sick rapist the next, at least as far as she could see. Some very, very sick people are very good at hiding what they are thinking and feeling, because they learned at a very young age to mimic normal behavior when around others.
Of course, none of us were there, so maybe you’re right and he was acting oddly beforehand. Maybe she was too young to realize what his odd behavior meant. It’s impossible to say. If he was acting oddly and she just didn’t pick up on its significance, I’m sure she’s punishing herself for it now.
I agree that we all must learn from our mistakes, or else we are doomed to make those same mistakes again. I just think this girl was so young that she may not have realized it was a mistake to have her child around that guy until the unspeakable had already happened.
I hope she stays with her family until after she goes to college and is old enough to be self-supporting out on her own. High school is a way too young to be on your own, especially with a small infant, but at least she was still trying to finish her education, and I applaud her for that.
When I read about this particular case, it disturbed me to NO END. All cases disturb me for that matter. I am not here to argue with “Nichole” or any of the other supporters. I just wanted to say that, while at times it can be foreseen, not all times can be. My daughter was molested by my step brother when she was 4 years old. She was staying the night with my dad at the time that it happened. She is never going to be the same. She will always carry this burden with her the rest of her life. I am very thankful that he didn’t cause any major physical damage as the poor baby girl in this case has undergone. I have blogged about this on myspace, (which I am not a child and I do have a life lol), because I believe that I need to help spread the awareness. It happens everywhere, in every town, to anybody. I never dreamt it would have happened while in the care of my father. But it did. We fought tooth and nail to get him put away. He has been in prison since Feb 8, 2007. I feel so badly for this family, because it breaks you. It breaks your heart and spirit and shatters your life. I have no doubt in my mind that he is guilty. While Nichole and Pastor Murry say that we are not “to judge” we still do. If no one judged a baby rapist, they would just run wild. No one would be there to stop them. This story has haunted me since I read it a few days ago. My daughter is 5 months old, and I look at her and try to understand how someone could do something so terrible, so disgusting, so EVIL. Babies are a blessing from heaven, and why anyone would want to hurt one is beyond me. Babies dont ask to be put on this earth, we as adults & human beings ( at least thats what we are suppose to be, in Scott’s case I am not sure what he is.) make that decision to bring them into this world, and it is our responsiblity once we do have a baby to take care of them. God would never allow a baby to be born into this world to be abused ( in any form) babies deserve to be loved, and nurtured, and SPOILED rotten. My heart goes out to this beautiful little baby girl ( I hope she will be ok) & I pray for her mom and hope she has the strength to guide herself and her baby through this tragedy. God knows it won’t be easy. I don’t know that I could ever handle something like this if it happened to my daughter. I would be in prison myself I am sure, because the guy would have to die, that I know for sure.

My response- First off this is not a comment about religion. I believe God and religion are two very separate issues. Second, in response to your previous comment, think for a moment about this. Suppose your right and there is no God, when we die we all just die and turn to dust. Suppose I am right and I believe that God loves me and one day takeme to heaven and anyone that doesnt will go to hell. Either instance, I am good, where you have a 50% chance of going to hell. I am not telling you how to worship your God or how God wants you to live your life, any more than I’d tell you what clothes to where. I think we were all born with the ability to know right from wrong, and some people choose to do the wrong thing, because their selfish.
I believe that my God created me from love and gave me free will to make my life however I desire. I dont live my life by what some man made religion says I should. I try to treat all people how I would want to be treated. I give God the glory for every thing in my life.

This story is just the saddest thing i have read in awhile. I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old, i could never imagine anything like that happening to my 5 month old, that guy is sick and very disturbed to do such a thing to an innocent baby, i don’t know why anyone would want to do anything like that to anyone. If I had a son and he committed a crime like this I would kill him myself. I could not even forgive my own child for a crime this heinous. I really think this world needs to change if a crime like this happened in another country or a way long time ago the punishment would be instant death hell in some countries you are punished by death for a dui(this is a little harsh) but still how many crimes are committed with punishment like this. I have checked this blog every few days or so, and it seems everyone on this site keeps refering to god, and forgiveness, going to hell, heaven, etc. My personal opinon when it comes to the whole “God” issue is that god “only” created man, and granted us all the privledge of life, and how we choose to live that life he has left up to all of us. In a way it kind of works the same way, when we as human beings bring a life into this world, ultimatley when your child becomes an adult you have no control over how that child chooses to live his or her life. I am sure Scott Smiths mom didn’t raise her son to be a baby raper, and its (hopefully) something she isnt proud of. I think ulimatley she has always wanted the best for her son, and for him to be the best he can be, unfortunatley I am not sure what he has become. As far as “God” is concerned, I think he wants the same for all of us, to live a happy and productive life, with love and joy and sucess. But we dont live in a “fairy tale world” and terrible tragedies, this being probably one of the biggest I have seen, happen everyday. The world has become a cruel place. But I firmly belive that we as parents (because I am the mother a 5 mos old baby girl) have a duty to our kids to “try” to keep them as safe as possible. I think it is tragic that this little girls mother left her baby with someone she genuinely thought she could trust, and it back fired on her. I think her mistake has given the rest of us the opportunity to learn from it. ( I know this was at a huge cost, & I mean no disrespect in saying that.) What I mean by learn from it, is to be more aware, knowing that you dont really “know” anybody, and to try and keep your child safe by placing him or her with “your mother”, “your sister” I just dont think that “men” are a suitable candidate, they are far more of a sexual being, (I think ) than woman. I may be way off base, and I dont mean to offend anyone in saying this, but you dont see many cases where a “woman” has raped a 5 month old baby do you? Its generally not in a womans nature to do these things. Anyway, I just wanted to say, I hope and I pray for this baby, and I can honestly say that I think of her everyday. When I look at my little baby girl, and I think, why can’t all babies be as lucky as her? to be loved so much by everyone around her? I agree with Gigi, I think she is right, there is no way god put that devil on earth, Although I must say I have a friend whos son was sexually molested as a younger child ( he is now 13) This teenager is now a sexual predator, he has molested his 3 year old brother and done god knows what else to him, I dont believe this kid is evil, I think this type of behavior is learned, and for them its almost a normal thing to do. He has no emotion now, feels no remorse, its almost scary. But I think that is what happens to children when they suffer this type of abuse. To feel so violated physically and its hurts so bad physically, that it shuts down their emotionalal state just so they can deal with the physical anguish. This guy Scott probably wasnt born evil, but his life may have led him to be just that. Dont get me wrong, I am not feeling sorry for this “Demon of a man.” I think it takes a very sick, unstable person to do what he has done to this poor, innocent beautiful baby. I strongly belive that what ever you send out, you get back X3. KARMA BABY, and belive me it will be coming around to him at some point, sooner than later I am sure. I get chills thinking about this. It’s not to do with religion, God, forgiveness, or anything. This is a human rights issue, and it is wrong, wrong, wrong, that this has happened. If I was the mother of this tiny infant, I would be flooded with guilt for what I could not control. I have a fourteen month old daughter, and I would kill someone before they did something like this. The worst punishment I can think of for this “man/boy/monster” is that he realizes the horror of what he did, and that he will have to live out the rest of his long life thinking about how he could have done what he did to a baby. What was he thinking? Did he think he could get away with it? Did he think nobody would know? Why would anyone defend him? What bothers me about his defenders, is that they did not mention one word about the baby. Do they care so little for another human, that they would rather focus on the innocence of their friend, rather than on the victim? Even if Scott whomever did not commit the crime, SOMEBODY did, so what does it matter who? Whoever did this needs to be caught and stopped from doing this again, and in my opinion, there is enough evidence that Scott Smith did it. If he did not, then as a community, we need to come together and find who did, for the sake of all the other potential victims out there. I’m horrified at the stories of molestation that have been posted, and I’m so horribly sorry for the victims. I’m sure it’s never left you, but I’m so glad that not everyone continues the cycle.

When I clicked on the link for this entry, I thought it would be a story about an incident in France a few years ago. (A man raped his infant daughter while she was in the hospital for the injuries he’d caused in a previous rape). I’m horrified to find this is another baby who has been violated. I can’t believe anyone would try to defend anyone who would do this kind of thing.
For those who are calling him a demon or a monster, I think that’s the easy way out. He’s a human being. A sick, depraved one, to be sure, but still human. I hope he’s evaluated by multiple mental health specialists to find out what caused him to commit this heinous act. The sad thing is, even finding out won’t prevent this from happening again, because the kind of people who cause children to grow up as damaged this man care nothing for their victims’ futures.

I’ve looked and looked for an update on the baby. I found her name, but it did not give any details to whether she’s out of the hospital, who’s custody she’s in, or whether she’s expected to be okay. I wish I could just have the comfort of knowing that she is safe. I have been having nightmares about this poor baby, and I’m just hoping and praying that she’s alright.
To Megan, I too have been trying to find updates on this baby’s condition, and have had no luck. So if there is any one out there who knows anything, give us an update. This story has really hit me hard given the fact that my daughter is the same age. I can’t imagine it happening to my child much less anyone elses. I worked in a hospital for 3 years so I know patient privacy laws are very strict, so I seriously doubt, unless god forbid this little baby passed away, that there would be any update printed on her condition in any newspaper or on the T.V. My thoughts and prayers are with you sweet little girl, I hope you one day can recover from this horrible nightmare and I also hope you are on your way to getting better, and to your mom, your family and all loved ones try to stay strong during this difficult time and know that the “MOST” of the world is on your side. Also any word on whats happening with “the baby raper”? I hope he is still rotting in jail somewhere.
Reading (and bit of skimming) through this whole line of comments, it’s quite obvious that lots of people are still too in the dark about things like this. It’s been happening, is happening, and will keep happening. That is just how sick the current world is. One can even see that “baby rape” is also very common in some communities as a means of some kind of entertainment.
About the mother being in fault, I’m sure she knows her mistake better than anyone else. I can only hope she learns.
Religions, beliefs, and whatever are good for comfort. But it’s never close to being a good judge.
About the “he’s framed” thingy, what if he really was framed? What if all this we see in the news and the net are all lies conjured up by some conspiracy? Well, that’s still one possibility. After all, we know nothing, and void is also infinity. It’s a funny theory though… a conspiracy. lol
The one who did this act is not a beast or a monster or a demon but a man. That’s cold hard fact.
Playing a little with religion, God isn’t innocent about this. He let this happen. He watched it happen. He does nothing about it. But he is still God. Because he is the one that gave us the freedom to do what ever we want, including the act that guy just did, or whatever horrible things man has done. God is just adorable at the moment, isn’t He?
I wish the baby a future full of warm smiles and that this ordeal doesn’t hinder it… Well I hope it helps her gain a instinct to bite anyone who tries it again. Like they say, stuffs that happen while your a child sticks to your subconscious like super hard glue.
As for the punishment for the dude, I say cut off his thing piece by piece and a life torture with sadist gay jail mates. *evil laughs*

oh he’s a bad man too!
All I can say is thank God for what prison inmates to do baby killers and baby abusers. Most of those inmates were a victim of abuse and will not hesitate to be murdered and raped himself. Usually I’m one for justice, but nothing is worse than what he did – throw him in the main populus and anounce to them the horrible act he has commited.
That child and mother will be traumatized forever. Nothing that innocent should EVER experience anything like that. It’s bad enough that it happens to older women – but he crossed a line that is unforgivable. This sick rapist bastard will not survive his trial let alone prison. And the fact that he tried to play ‘hero’ to save his own ass is just priceless. I don’t even think God could forgive him for this!

I myself thought I was actually going to go to jail working in ER one night when we had an 8 year old boy brought in. He had told his mother what his uncle had done to him. The mother went into another room and made call to the cops. They caught the uncle and brought both the uncle ad the child to the hospital at the same time so we get do rape kits on each.
I was working on the man. The curtain was closed between him and his nephew and the remark he made to that child while I was doing this with a State Police officer watching me,
I hauled off with my fist before I knew it and busted his upper lip and nose. Yes, he could have pressed charges against me, the cop could have took me to jail for assault and battery!!
That would have been ok to me to have got to sucker punch this piece of shit!!!

Hi, Diana. The person who was posting here, defending Scott Wade Smith, is one of his teeny-bopper ex-girlfriends, and NOT – I repeat, NOT – the mother of the baby he allegedly raped. I just wanted to make that clear.
You know, there hasn’t been one word of coverage in any of the area papers since the first week of March. I can’t even find coverage of the arraignment.
There haven’t been any updates on the condition of the child, either, and I’m wondering if there has been any sort of fund set up for her.
I’m curious what else you may know about the legal proceedings. Can you point me towards any resources or information?

I read those comments a while back, but have no way of knowing whether it’s really from the mother or if it’s from a troll. That’s why I waited for a news report (which is at the link for the second update) about the criminal case.
She told the newspaper at that second link that the baby is okay now, and that she and the baby are living with her parents. She also said she dropped out of high school because of this, which is sad but understandable.

But I still want to share what I think…
I reckon it’s incredibly sad how this “man” can rape a baby…
I mean what the shit, what reason is there for it? And it’s the child of the one you love??? Shows how much you really love her then doesn’t it, you are getting about 7 minutes of happiness for yourself, and giving the poor child an eternal suffering… I really hope the shame is burned inside “his” head, although I can almost guarantee it’s not… I almost cried when reading about it, and what other people had to say, this “man” is undoubtedly the essence of hell!!!
People have said there isn’t a punishment bad enough for “him”, how about break 1 of “his” bones everyday? And after that, rid “him” of his eyes, “he” doesn’t deserve to see any form of light ever again.
I hope the child and the mother are alright, it’s definitly(sorry about my spelling, I’m not sure on some words,lol) been awhile since it happened. I hope they’re just, getting on with their lives, and having fun in general, I couldn’t give two flying fucks about what happens to Scott though..

grow up and look at the damn facts. if the grandfather was the one that was already convicted of the rape then why isnt he sitting in jail? if they were having sex while the baby’s mother was on her period then how did the BABY’S dna get on the condom?? the mother and the baby’s dna may be similar but are NOT(and i mean not) the exact same.
