When Sean McGuire’s friend was being questioned about possible involvement in a hit and run, officers noticed colored candies around the questioning officer’s feet. When the officer turned around, an M&M hit him in the shoulder.
I can hear it now. “Hey! You could put somebody’s eye out with those things!”
McGuire was arrested and released on $1000 bond, and thus will go down as the only person in history to be charged with “assault with a delicious candy-coated chocolate”.
Very funny. Sounds like the guy is really guilty of being an idiot. Common sense says it is never a good idea to throw anything at the police.
