Yes, unfortunately, I did have a stalker, and it was just in the past month or so. I hated to do it, but I felt like I needed to take down my email address. I have told stalker boy on the blog that if he bothers me again, here or in email, I will post his creepy personal emails on the blog itself. Yep, I actually will do that, as anyone who’s read this blog will likely not doubt for a minute. LOL

The divorce case was dismissed, so they’re still married. George was sued by FIA Financial Services but didn’t file a response, so a default was entered against him. That case is still open, and the default was entered just a few weeks ago. He was also sued by MBNA Bank, but the case was dismissed for lack of prosecution (i.e., they let the case sit there too long without taking action on it).

A bankruptcy would be in the federal case system. I doubt he’s filed bankruptcy, simply because if he had, the bankruptcy would show up on the MBNA case as Automatic Stay, in which case the court couldn’t do anything.

I wonder if Casey ran up his credit cards?

I just wanted to thank you for the nice things you said about me, although I admit it was strange to see my name in a blog. I had no idea that one of the (many) people who kindly called to let me know about the situation would write about it.

In any event, I thought I would let you know that it took about a week for the absolute tsunami of emails to die down, and now I have use of my email account again. My IT department said they have never seen anything like it, and that I was the only person in our firm to whom this had happened. The really odd thing was that I had been out of the office for the entire day before the nightmare began, and am sure I had not used my work email address for anything over the internet in a long time.

I felt very badly that people were receiving fraudulent emails which appeared to be from me, and I hoped and prayed that no one would fall for it and be hurt by it. Anyway, thank you for alerting people to the scam. I hope it saved some naive person from ruin.

P.S. I used my personal email address to submit this comment. However, I can still be reached at my work email address . . . . It hasn’t changed, although that was one possible solution (on my end) which we considered briefly.

UPDATE ON THE MERKLINGER SCAMS
As of 03.08.08 Alex’s birthday the ball is now in thier court. I do not want to say what it is but I assure you that the MERKLINGER’S have a date with KARMA and the authority’s.
Hint- Use the Law the one way every American is obligated to fullfill from birth to death.
P.S. One of the Merklinger’s closest friends is a very good friend of mine and is working with authority’s to bring them both down, that person thinks they are charlatin’s because they look down on everyone and believe the world owes them a free living. B.S.

Anyway…my point is this. I would really like to share with you some of my views the laws regarding teenage sexuality. I just wanted to mention a few things to you about what I’ve noticed.

Let me post this and then I’ll let you decide from that whether or not you choose to allow me to speak to you further about this topic.

I am wife a mother of two….a 10 year old daughter and a 7 year old son. I also live in Florida and our laws are a bit screwy, too. Not that I’d be happy if my child…either of them…were participating in pre-marital teenage sexual activities, I wouldn’t want someone to go to jail over it if they did. I cannot remember the age limit of the participant, but I do know that the age of consent here is 16 as long as the other party is not older than a specific age, but I do not know what that age is. I’m pretty sure it’s gotta be at least 18 or 19. I’ll have to look that up. I say this because I know that different states have different laws. I’m not sure about Georgia’s laws, but I do agree with you that the 17 year old in the other case you used as an example should not have been charged. I don’t agree that a 15 year old cannot be consenting. They can. They aren’t wise enough, usually, to make the right choice, but they are perfectly capable of walking away…should they choose to do so. Who’s to say that their parents didn’t educate them well and they chose to have sex too young, anyway? I mean….that is what it’s all about….their ability to make a decision based on the knowledge they have…right? Some parents are more informative than others so they cannot possibly say that ALL 15 year olds are incapable. Am I right?

Anyway…before I go into it more, I just wanted to show you that I would like to state everything that I’d like share, but not here…because it’ll be a long post. lol So, if you accept and allow me the opportunity to state my thoughts, please feel free to email me. I’m not going to post it publicly. I’m hoping that since I put my email in the required spot, that you’ll get it.

That is indeed bizarre. Was it done by someone who claims the Merklingers owe them money? I ask because it’s a strange thing for someone to do, unless they are very angry for some reason.

To be honest, I had never heard of the Merklingers until their names showed up on an “Outstanding American Award” displayed on the campaign website of someone who is running for President. I searched their names, merely to determine how legitimate the “award” is, and ran across all manner of strangeness connected to them.

That pretty much answered my question about the award, needless to say.

My only interest in the Merklingers is their connection to that candidate, and I’ve pretty much covered the entirety of my knowledge about them on this blog (with the sole exception of their involvement in the NESARA scam, which I didn’t discover until after I wrote the last post about that candidate). For that reason, I’m not sure how much help I can be to you.

It’s indeed quite bizarre that you would receive an email under Mrs. Merklinger’s name, but not from Mrs. Merklinger. I can assure you, however, that it didn’t come from me, and I’m the only one blogging here. If it came from someone who had read my blog and they led you here, I’m afraid I have no control over that.

For privacy reasons I never correspond privately with people I don’t know, which is why I don’t list my email address on the blog. I’m more than happy to talk with you in this forum, though.
